SexYOUality Corner: The Oui Vibe

Over 18? Good. Now that that's out of the way we can get on with the fun. This month we're reviewing the Oui vibrator.

I originally purchased the Oui vibe from EdenFantasys, one of my favorite adult toy distributors. Go check them out - I'll wait. They're bright, cheerful, friendly and helpful. And while you may giggle while browsing, you almost certainly won't feel sleazy or creeped out.

That said, this is the Oui:

Pretty cute little fella, right? Almost reminds you of a pair of lips. Believe me ladies, I don't think that design feature was by accident. Anyway, the one I bought was black, but it also comes in silver. 

The Oui Vibe (which can be bought here, for those interested in purchasing it) is in a class of vibrators known as clitoral stimulators. They're meant for use on your clitoris - what a surprise there! Most women need some type of clitoral stimulation in order to achieve orgasm, and even if you're one of the lucky few who doesn't, it can be fun and fulfilling to have some solo play to get to know your body and how it acts and reacts and what's normal for you.

The Oui is a tiny little guy - it fits in the palm of your hand and can hide discreetly in your purse or in a drawer away from prying eyes. Eden Fantasys also has a neat little  zip-up pillow that you can hide your toys in, found here. 

The noise level is a little on the loud side - you could definitely hear this if you were in the same room with someone and maybe if you had thin walls. But that shouldn't stop you - this vibrator is really fun and a great value. If you have large outer labia, they'll almost certainly hold this toy in place making it a "nearly hands-free" item. You can also experiment with it on different body parts - the vibrations are strong and consistent but not overwhelming and are fun to experience on your back, tummy, pelvis, thighs, breasts, buttocks and more. I'm just telling you how great it is - you'll have to use your creativity to figure out HOW to use it.

The biggest downside, for me, is that this toy takes a AAA battery instead of a standard AA. That doesn't lessen the power any, but you do sacrifice battery availability (no scavenging the batteries from the remote control!) for portability and its tiny size.

The fact that the vibrations aren't too strong and its diminutive size (and price!) make this toy optimal for those just beginning to explore the world of adult toys. Since there's no penetration involved in play with the Oui vibe, it's also ideal for masturbatory aide users in general.
